But what stood out was that it was never just about collecting rent — it was about creating a home where people could live with comfort, respect, and a sense of stability.
We have always been interested in real estate, but we didn't want to create just another rental business. We saw a real need for clean, comfortable, affordable places where people could rent a room without feeling like they were just moving into a random house with strangers.
Over time, we noticed the same problem again and again: people were looking for flexible housing, but options were either too expensive, poorly managed, or missing the basic things that make a place feel like home.
